2. Making a purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, select the appropriate Delivery Area, go through to the payments page and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment via RBS WorldPay. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

When you receive a confirmation of an order, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us.

We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

3. Delivery

China & central Hong Kong:-
Free Delivery for all orders (a small charge of HK$20 may be levied by the courier company for delivery to outlying areas of Hong Kong);
Singapore & Japan:-
US$30.00 Delivery for orders under US$499.00 - Free Delivery for orders equal to or over $499.00;
The Rest of Asia:-
US$40.00 Delivery for orders under US$499.00 - Free Delivery for orders equal to or over $499.00;
The Rest of the World:-
US$80.00 Delivery for orders under US$999.00 - Free Delivery for orders equal to or over $999.00.

Please allow up to 28 days after confirmation for delivery of goods. All goods are sent by Recorded Delivery.

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

4. Security

We use WorldPay as our Payment Service Providers. Please see WorldPay for further information.

5. Guarantee & Refund

We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a 30 day no quibble guarantee. If you are not 100% satisfied with the goods then return them in the order that you received them, without being used, and with 14 days of delivery, and we will refund you the full amount of the product(s) purchased.

6. Right to Cancel

As a purchaser within you have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of your contract with Beaumont & Brown Ltd. If you cancel your order then you will have your payment returned once we have received the goods as outlined above (5).

7. Privacy Policy

Beaumont & Brown Ltd do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

8. Cookies
